These are GREAT!


4 Russet Potato
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Cheese Whiz

1/4 cup Butter
4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Cream Cheese


Bake the potatoes as usual.

Slice the potatoes lengthwise, and then scoop out the filling, leaving the skin "shells" intact.

Mash the potato filling and add all of the ingredients - one heaping tablespoon of sour cream, cheese whiz and butter per potato.  Add garlic powder or garlic salt to taste.  You can also put in chives.

Put filling back into each skin and then bake at 350 until they are lightly browned.  Enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.
