Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients:

2 T olive oil4 cloves garlic
minced 2 lbs. fresh spinach
well washed and drained

Preparation:

Heat oil in a very large skillet or wok. Add garlic, saute. Add spinach in batches and stir until just wilted. Don't overcook it.
