Hoison Chicken

Ingredients:

Marinade: Dash oyster sauce 1/4-1/2c water 1/2 c wine 1/4 c hoison sauce 1/2 c soy sauce dash worciestshire sauce dash pepper dash sesame oil dash honey dash sugar 5-6 cloves minced garlic1-2 Tbs minced ginger 1/2 c dried green onions 1/2 diced cilantro. 1 chicken

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together and if you are doing a rotissirie squirt the mixture under the skin and put into the cavity of the chicken. For cut up simply put marinade in a covered bowl with chicken and it is recomended that you skin the chicken to allow the juices to absorb the meat. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Bake or rotissirie as usual. If you rotissarie keep the juices in.
