1 (15 oz) can black beans
rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn

1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
? teaspoons red pepper flakes

Ingredients for Toppings: Optional

Fat-free sour cream or nonfat plain yogurt
Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed reduced-fat tortilla chips
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Salsa
Skinny Ranch Dressing

Preparation:

1. To Cook in Crock-pot: Brown ground turkey in a large nonstick pan. Break turkey into pieces while browning. Drain the fat in a colander in the sink. In the crock pot, add the browned turkey, onions, and all the ingredients except topping ingredients. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high heat or 8 hours on low heat.
2. When ready to serve, place 1 cup chili in each bowl. Add the topping of your choice, if desired. Or make stuffed baked potatoes or create taco salads. The optional toppings work great for all these optionals.
