Tossed Tangy Pasta with Italian Sausage

Ingredients:

1 package of pasta - penne works well
1 lb. italian sausage
2 cups cherry tomatoes
halved
2 red bell pappers
cut into strips
Olive Oil
1/2 C�Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 cloves garlic
minced
Parmasean cheese to garnish

Preparation:

Cook pasta and drain, set aside.
peel and brown sausage in a large pan, set aside, reserve 2 T of drippings.
Saute garlic and peppers until soft in drippings
Add tomatoes to mixture, saute until tender
Mix in drained pasta and sausage
Add balsamic Vinaigrette, heat through
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with parmesean cheese
