Champagne Honey Mustard (Honeybaked original copycat)

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Coleman's dry mustard/2/3 cup champagne vinegar
3 eggs-beaten
2/3 cup honey

Preparation:

Whisk together the ingredients, and heat over low heat, stirring and watching carefully.

Once the mixture gives a bubble, remove from heat!  Cool it down and put in jars or however you want to store it.
