Spritz Cookies

Ingredients:

1 c soft butter 2/3 c sugar + 1 T 3 egg yolks 1-1/4 t almond extract 1-1/4 cup flour - sifted

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg yolks and almond extract. Add flour gradually and blend. Use cookie press to bake on ungerased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-11 minutes
