Green Salad Plus

Ingredients:

6 cups mixed baby greens1 medium pears
sliced 1 large bulb fennel
chopped or sliced1/3 cup toasted walnuts Dressing:5 T olive oil3 T balsamic vinegar1/4 cup orange juice 2 ounces blue cheese
crumbled.

Preparation:

Combine the salad incredients. Whisk together dressing, add to salad. Toss. Enjoy!
