Easter Cake

Ingredients:

8 egg whites (room temp)
2-1/2 t vanilla
3/4 t cream of tartar
Dash salt
2-1/2 c sugar
10 heath toffee bars - crushed
3 c heavy cream

Preparation:



Add vanilla, cream of tartar, sugar, salt to egg whites and beat to medium stiff peaks.  

Cover 2 cookie sheets with parchment.  Spread mixture on each to form 9-10" circles.  

Bake in 275° oven 1 hour

Turn off, leave in oven overnight.

Assemble with whipped cream with toffee bars.
