Tangy Apple Rice

Ingredients:

1 apple - diced
1/4 c rice or cider vinegar
1 cup rice
salt & pepper to season

Preparation:

Place diced apple in a bowl with vinegar and toss.  Add a little salt & pepper to season; marinate for 30 minutes or longer.

Cook rice in rice cooker or on stove. 

Toss with marinated apples and serve
