Sugar Free Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 bag of cranberries
1 cup splenda or similar sweetener1 cup of water
2 red jalapenos
minced
Lemon juice (optional)

Preparation:

Put water and sweetner into a saucepan, bring to a boil until all of the sweetner has dissolved.  Add cranberries and jalapeno and boil gently until the berries have split and have cooked down (about 15 minutes).  Add lemon juice if desired (about a tablespoon)  Refrigerate and serve.
