Walmart's Photo Center Hours vs store hours

Walmart has holiday hours where they open at 7am. Great! But guess what? It's not so great. Some of the departments have no service. WHAT? It's like the grocery store opening at 6 but you can't buy meat or produce until 10.
Since I've become a scrapbooking addict, I use Walmart's online service to order prints from my digital pictures. It's easy, convenient, and the quality is quite nice most of the time. Since it's the Holiday Season, I took advantage of their 7am opening on a Sunday Morning so I could beat the crowds, get a little Christmas shopping done and most importantly, pick up the photos I had ordered last night.Much to my annoyance, the photo counter had a big "CLOSED" sign on it, and the hours posting informing me that they do not open until 10. That's crazy. That's like the grocery store opening at 6 but you can't get any produce or until noon. Well maybe not that bad...but close.
So now, I have to go back at 10 when the crowd will be huge and I'll have to fight to be waited on. When will the insanity end?
Oh yeah, I forgot...somewhere around the first of the year....
