Hoison Chicken

This is delicious and can either be done on a whole chicken on a rotissirie or cut up chicken.


1 Dash Oyster Sauce
1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
1 Cup Dry White Wine
2/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
5 - 6 Garlic Clove

1 dash Worciestshire Sauce
1/4 cup Water
1 Cup Green Onions Chopped
1 T Fresh Ginger Root Minced
1 dash Sesame Oil
1 Chicken Roaster or whole cut up or cuts


Mix all ingredients together and if you are doing a rotissirie squirt the mixture under the skin and put into the cavity of the chicken. For cut up simply put marinade in a covered bowl with chicken and it is recomended that you skin the chicken to allow the juices to absorb the meat. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Bake or rotissirie as usual. If you rotissarie keep the juices in.
