Garage Sale Etiquette

I was out garage saling about a week ago found a garage sale had wonderful signage but wait until you hear what they did!
I consider myself a garage sale conniseur of sorts. I was out garage saling about a week ago and made some observations about the right way to do a garage sale. Much to my chargrin, one garage sale had wonderful signage but wait until you hear what they did!
Not only did they not allow anyone to park on their court, but they were, get ready, CHARGING ADMISSION! They said that this $1 per head was going to a charity. HELLO? Shouldn't a percentage of their profits go to the local charity?
My observations of several sales that day prompted the creation of a new website, garagesalediva.com. It's not live yet; I need to take some more photos and get the content together. So stay tuned!
