Where is Spring?

Technically, Spring arrived about 2 weeks ago. This is the coldest Spring I can remember! Torrential rains and winds have taken their toll on the Bay Area. We are no longer in a drought! Maybe paddleboarding will occur on our upcoming camping trips!

Augustus isn't even up yet and it's April 4th. Usually, he wakes up mid March or so and starts wandering around the back yard, chomping on weeds and such. I hope he can find enough of that this year since the property management stormtroopers made us get a gardener. Right now, I am sitting in my home office with a heated throw on my lap. We've been reluctant to turn on the heat because the bills are like $500 every month. I guess this, too, shall pass...
