First Fire o' 2011/2012 Winter

It went from Indian Summer to brrrr cold almost overnight.   Our 'middle' fireplace puts out a lot of heat - our landlord mentioned this to us (the only thing we ever burned in it was duraflames....) so this was our first actual wood fire in it.

It definitely puts out a nice heat and since it's two sided, I can open both sides so it heats the living room too.  Fireplace Weather is here!
