Getting ready for the New Year: Condiments R Us

I cleaned out my pantry and the amount of condiments I found was something else. Sauces, marinades, mustards - you name it!
Okay, it was time to clean out the pantry this time. I thought it was bad enough when I'd clean out my fridge and identify 16 different varieties of mustard! I don't know the last time I cleaned out the pantry; but I found some fascinating sauces, marinades, mustards and other condiments - plus a ton of different jellos, and some bricks that used to be brown sugar. Yikes! At least I'm going to start 2007 out right here.
